Florida

This past July we were lucky enough to be able to make a trip to Florida to visit grandparents and do a little vacationing. We spent four days in Daytona Beach at Jason's Aunt and Uncle's condo. One entire wall of the room was made of windows overlooking the ocean. It was quite a spectacular wedding gift!

After living it up in Daytona Beach, we headed to Sarasota to visit Shona's grandmother and aunt, uncle and cousins. We had a ball. Chet and Marge sure do know how to show someone a good time!

After Sarasota we were off to Treasure Island to visit Jason's grandparents. It was beautiful! The pictures of us all by the water were taken in their back yard! Grandpa took us on a boat ride and we ate great the entire trip.

Another highlight of the trip was a pit-stop on the way home. Shona's best friend Sarah, and her husband Hans, had just welcomed their daughter Reagan earlier that week. We were able to stop by and hold her when she was only a week old! What a beautiful family!

Our Baby

This is Yeti. Isn't she perfect?!! Her very favorite toy is her stuffed 'gator which we brought back from our visit to Florida.

The Wedding

We were married in Mercersburg, PA at the Mercersburg Inn. It was perfect. We had a small wedding with only close family. There were 28 people there including us.

Welcome

Hello! Welcome to our family web page. We've been very busy this past year with all sorts of fun and exciting events!

First we were married last winter, which in and of itself is very exciting. We will be celebrating our one-year anniversary on December 28.

In April we bought our first house. "We've" been working very hard on renovations, although to be honest, Jason is doing most of the work. So far we have painted and carpeted the three bedrooms. Currently we are insulating the house and tiling the laundry room. Lots to do!

The same weekend we moved into our house, we also added a puppy to the family. Her name is "Yeti" and she is a shih tzu. She's become part of the family.

Shona is scheduled to finish grad school in May with a M.S. in School Counseling. Wow, that will be great to have done!

Check out some of our pictures.
